Delivery Information

We provide nationwide free delivery right at your doorstep on all orders above Rs.3,500/- orders below this threshold are charged Rs.350/- as standard delivery charges. We strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible, therefore, all orders received are dispatched the same day and get delivered within 2-4 working days

An order once confirmed is dispatched on priority so that it reaches you as soon as possible. Unexpected delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons like law and order situations or weather conditions. If you are moving from your location or have ordered product(s) for a specific occasion we recommend to contact us and pay us in advance so we can ship you with overnight delivery services.

Return and Exchange

We Don’t Offer Any Type Of Returns

No any sort of Exchange, Returns or Claims will be entertained on Clearance Sale Items Strictly!

While we always aim and ensure to provide you with the best products and customer service, we can understand that there will be times when you may wish to exchange a product you purchased from us. We offer a 7 days exchange policy for your complete satisfaction in case of size issues or if there is an issue with the delivered product. Product will be only exchanged with the same product and in case of unavailability selection of any other product will be offered. >>> In case of price difference if the required product in exchange is of higher price the difference should be paid and if the required product in exchange is of lower price remaining amount will not refunded and should be adjusted in some purchase or we will offer credit voucher.

As we are offering the lowest wholesale prices for original products we don’t offer exchanges on the basis of change of mind and we don’t offer returns. This means you can’t return the product once it has been delivered to you.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Product(s) can be only exchanged within 7 days of order delivery,
  • Product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in an undamaged condition,
  • You are welcome to try on a product(s) but please take adequate measure to preserve its new condition,
  • Product(s) must be in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box),
  • It is your duty to ensure proper packing of the product(s) so that they reach our premises safely,
  • Please ensure that the product packing is not tapped directly by the courier, use the courier box or flyer to put the product(s)
  • Exchange delivery cost will have to be borne by the customer
  • In case of exchange cost of the courier to send the product(s) back to our premises will be borne by the customer.
  • In case the product(s) delivered were incorrect or faulty the cost of courier will be refunded in form of Reward Points or Voucher upon presenting the proof of payment.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Product(s) sold in sales or promotions do not qualify for any type of claim, return or exchange.
  • Product(s) that are sold on a final clearance sale or below cost sale, do not qualify for any returns, claims or exchanges regardless they are damaged or have any manufacturing defect not informed during the confirmation of your order.
  • This policy can be updated with time, it is, therefore, recommended to overview it from time to time you order.

PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM

If you believe you have a product with manufacturing defect that was purchased on a full price within the last 7 days, please contact us online with complete pictures of the defect and scanned copy of the invoice.
Shoewize reserves the right to determine between defective product and wear-and-tear / misuse and will accordingly process your claim.
Any shoe with any type of damage to the upper Flyknnit or Mesh materials are not claimable. Upper materials includes: Quarter, Quarter Overlay, Vamp, Tip, Foxing, Collar, Top Box, Counter Box or any part which is / are not mentioned here above.
We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
